I agree. I do have a secret account there only to keep in contact with an artist I commissioned before I deactivated my old account back in May (due to it being somewhat instrumental in me losing my last full-time job), and while she's an awesome artist, she has really horrible customer service and hasn't provided me any updates or progress at all on my piece, despite her false promises.
