 They are a waste of time and money and... tbh energy. I'm talking about these cures for diabetes/cancer -- what have you. If I can't get the supply of said miracle, how the fuck will it benefit me? Codswallop if you ask me. This morning, I was watching YT and this ad came up saying that they had the answer, that there were zombie cells swamping the pancreas and all that shit.

Ugh. Gimme a break. Anyways... /rant over.

Miracle Cures are laughable.
They don't exist.
If you had a miracle cure for some disease you wouldn't require people to pay you a special fee to learn about it. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, the snake oil salesmen are quite numerous these days because the government and the various doctors organizations are not cracking down on their advertising any more, it's very frustrating.

Its worse online as Google and Microsoft etc. not even really verifying their advertisers, and they have ways of going around them, hiring advertising agencies in Hong Kong etc to bombard every category with their trash in case you ad block specifics.

Scammers will scam, every step they can as long as they can. Trump and friends did a lot of damage to the integrity of the system in regards to holding advertisers and the platforms they advertise on accountable because they themselves like to lie (like the My Pillow Guy, and the various pill pushers during the pandemic who killed thousands of people with their bad drugs etc.)
